I’m passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their core purpose. I love the art and science of driving change and of brining people together to do more than they ever thought possible. Having worked in a wide variety of industries, stages, and sizes of companies - I believe there’s no one-sized-fits-all way to run an organization. Instead, I value anchoring on putting people first and setting clear, tangible goals — then bringing the rest of the structure into place.

Prior to starting my own consulting business in 2023, I was the Head of Strategy & Operations for Product Development and Engineering at Airtable. Before Airtable I was Executive Director of Planning & Operations for Walt Disney Imagineering’s Technology & Engineering organization. I also spent over six years at Facebook (now Meta) with much of my time focused on nurturing and scaling the engineering experience across the entire company. Prior to being in Tech on the West coast, I worked in Pharma and Industrial Distribution in the Midwest, and HR outsourcing in NYC. It’s been incredible to experience such a wide variety of locations, industries, cultures, and business stages - each with people and impact at the center.

I now live in Sonoma County where my family and I enjoy taking care of chickens and goats on our little “farmette.” Outside of work I love horseback riding, needlepoint, drinking too much coffee, going to music festivals, and traveling.
